Pudo locker Delivery (Powered by the courier guy)
On your way to work? or at your local shopping centre? theres a Pudo location near you.
Pudo is a city to city locker service provided by the Courier Guy. “With over 1000 lockers nationwide, we have carefully selected our locations for both your convenience and safety”.
Process:
- Select “Pudo locker pickup” as your delivery option.
- Please provide a working cell number at checkout.
- We will use the address provided by you at checkout to identify the closest Pudo locker to you. The package will than be delivered to your nearest pudo locker.
- When the package arrives, you will be notified that your package delivery has arrived in the specific locker.
- To access the locker containing the package, you will enter a PIN code that will be sent to you via sms.
- PLEASE NOTE: If you dont pick up your package within 48 hours following the notification with the PIN code, the package will be sent back to the closest pudo kiosk or Depot. Powered by The Courier Guy.
- We offer DOOR TO DOOR delivery at checkout as well.

Returns,Refunds & Exchange Policy
- Regrettably shipping is non-refundable.
- Returns can be done at our retail store within 2 weeks of purchase : address – 189 Viewhaven Drive, Woodview , Durban
- Should you wish to return or exchange for any other reason the (customer) will either arrange for his/her own courier or we will arrange collection and the (customer will be liable for the courier costs, return courier costs are 20% higher than normal order courier fee. Once the product reaches our store we will then inspect the product and then proceed with the refund process.
- Should an item be damages during transit please take pictures and email us.
- Returned products must be in the original condition and in undamaged packaging.

Cancelled Orders
- Cancelling and order for any reason will incur a 2% Refund fee.
- Orders can only be cancelled after 21 working days in case of a late delivery.
- Payments made via EFT will be refunded by EFT.
- Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the credit card.
