Hearty Grow was founded in 2019, driven by a simple idea: to offer high-quality growing products at fair prices. What started with fabric grow bags has grown into a trusted name among home growers, hobbyists, and commercial cultivators across South Africa.

We began by manufacturing premium geotextile fabric pots—higher GSM, better quality, and far more affordable than what was available on the market. Our grow bags have since made their way into greenhouses and grow facilities around the country. In 2022, we launched the Cannabis Trim Grow Bag, a hit with growers, followed by the Chill Trim Bag in 2025—both designed to meet real-world needs with durability and style.

As our community grew, so did our offerings. We expanded into bulk soil amendments like perlite, coconut coir, vermiculite, and worm castings, helping growers access quality inputs without the usual markups.

We’ve since partnered with agricultural nano-scientists to develop cutting-edge growing solutions now used in facilities across KZN.
